How do you ship your gift bundles?

We ship our soups inside a sealed insulated liner along with gel packs to keep the soups cold throughout the delivery cycle.

Do you ship year round?
Yes, we do. Soup is delicious anytime of year.

Do you have any delivery restrictions?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O addresses or outside the U.S. We do not deliver to business addresses on weekends. We also do not deliver on major holidays or the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s day, as our carrier’s do not deliver on these days.

Do you offer special rates for corporate accounts?
Soup makes a fantastic gift for businesses and we would love to introduce our Heart & Bowl soup gifts to your employees, associates, or clients. Presently, we offer reduced rates for corporate accounts that send 10 gifts a month. For more information please contact us at: WeCare@HeartandBowl.com

I placed an order, how can I track my shipment?
When your order is processed, you will automatically receive a tracking number directly from the carrier. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.

What is the shelf life of your soup?
Upon arrival, our soups are best enjoyed within 2-3 days when refrigerated. Leftovers can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Can I cancel an order?
Orders that are have not been shipped can be cancelled. Once the order has left our facility, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation call our We Care department immediately at (844) LUV-SOUP or (844) 588-7687.
